Jilla director comes up with a new idea!

Keen on releasing Jilla for Pongal 2014, the team is working hard to meet this deadline. In order to get the movie ready for its release, the filmmakers have decided to conduct the shooting in Madurai and Chennai simultaneously.
Yes, while a song sequence, choreographed by Raju Sundaram, with Vijay and Kajal Agarwal will be shot in Chennai by cinematographer Ganesh, a few scenes and a fight with some supporting actors and actresses will be shot in Madurai by lensman Priyan. Jilla is being produced by RB Choudhury of Super Good Films and the producers are leaving no stone unturned to get the movie hit the marquee on January 10th, 2014.

Anushka reveals SS Rajamouli’s success formula !

Anushka, who plays the lead role in the bilingual Baahubali/Mahabali, has revealed the success formula of director SS Rajamouli. The director is one of the most successful in the Indian cinema with almost all his films turning out to be hits.
On working with him, Anushka has said that Rajamouli is thorough perfectionist and a taskmaster. He never retires until he gets the desired results on the sets, she added. Though it is very taxing, Anushka says that the end result would be satisfying and worth all the pain undergone. Well, this spells out the success of the ace director!

Potugadu’s director Pawan Wadeyar’s second Kannada flick GOOGLY seems to make room in Tollywood with a remake. Googly is a bumper movie hit in Kannada and producer Lagadapati Sridhar is planning to buy remake rights of the movie.
Sources say that this producer shows high interest towards Naga Chaitanya for thecharacter of lead role. It’s been reported that Pawan Wadeyar might direct this movie as well. Kriti Kharbandha might be the female lead for the movie who also acted infemale lead of Kannada version.

Kajal Agarwal, and the name is quite popular and busy in Tollywood till some time. But she is distancing herself from the movie citing various reasons, and now it looks like she is going to enjoy all her 'lasts'.


Unreleased Tamil movie 'All in all Azhaguraju' in one hand and yet to be completed 'Jilla' in one hand, is how Kajal is balancing the act for now. In Azhaguraja, our seductress is paired with Karthi, while Vijay is the lead-man of Jilla. Once if both these flicks release in theatres, literally Kajal stands at the middle of crossroads with no work in hand. Interesting news is that this curvaceous beauty is now heading to Bulgaria to shoot for a couple of songs for Jilla. That will be last leg of shoot for Vijay's movie and afterwards Kajal's part will be wrapped up without any pending work. In that case, this foreign trip is going to be the last one for our heroine if she fails to sign up movies any further.

Rumour has it that Kajal was signed up for Charan's movie with Krishna Vamsi, but that is also not happening as the movie is still not confirmed by the young mega hero. That's Kajal for you folks!

Superstar Rajini's Feat: 10 Lakhs in One Day!

Forget about the records of Pawan Kalyan's Atharintiki Daredi as Rajinikanth is on his way to shatter all the existing ones. The teaser of Rajini's much-awaited film Vikram Simha (Kochadiyaan in Tamil) is creating waves on the web. In just one day, the first look promo has garnered over 1 million views and the star power of Superstar.

The quotes in the trailer - 'There are heroes, there can be superheroes but there is only one…' followed by the unusual entry of the Superstar in a warrior avatar. Vikram Simha is the story of 8th century Pandiya King Kochadaiyaan Ranadhiran played by Rajinikanth and Deepika Padukone will be seen as princess Vadhana Devi. 

Vikram Simha is India's first motion technology film which is a technology used in Hollywood Blockbuster Avatar. Rajini's daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth is making her directorial debut with the movie. AR Rahman is composing the music. The film is made with a budget of over Rs 100 crore and Lakshmi Ganapathi Films has acquired the Telugu theatrical rights for Rs 30 crore. Music release will happen in October and film would hit the screens for on Rajini's birthday December 12th. Vikram Simha will have a multiple language release, including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, English and Japanese.
