Pawan Kalyan's industry hit Attarintiki Daredi is completing 100 days on January 4th, but still there is no news of his next movie. Though it is quite known that Powerstar is gearing up to deliver second edition of the most popular Gabbar Singh, an official confirmation will keep fans happy.
 
Director Sampath Nandi has successfully completed two years of waiting for Powerstar and finally the flick may go to floors in a month or so. There is a word now from persons close to the unit of this yet to be started movie. Buzz says that Pawan Kalyan and his team are right now busy with auditions in Mumbai in order to zero on the lead girl for this movie. They are actually auditioning popular models and ladies from beauty pageant to round out their Bhagyalakshmi. Though a spicy Bollywood starlet is supposed to jump on board, Pawan has finally felt that a new girl will do much better. As he got this habit of introducing new heroines anyway, even director Sampath Nandi and producer Sarath Marar have felt okay with the idea.
 
Apart from finalizing heroine, it is heard that rest of the crew got finalized. Music will be scored by Devi Sri Prasad for Gabbar Singh 2, while Jayanan Vincent is picked up as cinematographer. Pawan Kalyan's latest blockbuster Attarintiki Daredi has created history by collected a share of Rs. 47.74 crores in its first week. It has beaten the previous first week record by miles and the talk about it surpassing Magadheera's full run share turned out to be the hottest topic in trade. However, AD's dream run was affected to due to bandh call in Seema, Andhra regions. Collections on Friday were very less as the film was screened in very few theaters. 

Most of the theaters in Rayalaseema (Ceded) didn't screen single show on Friday and the effect of bandh was also visible in Uttarandhra (Vizag area). Agitations are still going on in Seemandhra region and Attarintiki Daredi Saturday collections too might not be in sync with its first week run. However, the film is running to packed houses in Nizam. All shows on Saturday and Sunday are either full or 90% full already in all the multiplexes.

Ranbir Kapoor's Besharam failed to impress and that is helping Attarintiki Daredi to be the first choice film for Hyderabad multiplex audience. If the situation in Seemandhra comes to normal from Monday, then Attarintiki Daredi can expect a decent second week share. Or else it will find tough to beat Gabbar Singh all time share, forget about Magadheera. Also it will face competition from Ramayya Vastavayya from third week, which is going to replace AD in many theaters as per pre release agreements.

Today he made a step forward through his tweets saying, ” Even after this proof of how much people love him if Kalyan still doesn’t start his own party he will be the biggest idiot. I just hope that Pawan Kalyan realizes that this earth shattering success (of AD) is not because of him but it is because of peoples love towards him”, he also compared Mega Star with Power Star in his style saying, “Names like Mega star are too small for power star, he should be renamed as the Tsunami star. Pawan kalyan achieved the peak of Himalaya whereas Chiranjeevi garu after 40 years is still at the base of that mountain”.

Here comes again Powerstar Pawan Kalyan blowing his trumpet like all the times. Earlier he has done it with Simham and now he is going to do that with both Simham and Puli. Confused? Then read this story!

Telling dialogues about Simham are not new when it comes to Powerstar. He has already rocked the show with one such thing in the trailer of Attarintiki Daredi. New Angle In Attarintiki Daredi Leakage

After making some arrests and some confinements, police are now tracing out the original up loader of Attarintiki Daredi pirated version on internet. However, the main thing is who has shot the video or who has released the original video in a wrong way? Here is a new finding.

Earlier it was heard that a person from editing room has actually done the leakage, and shared that with his friends, who in turn uploaded them on Youtube. But now a new twist in the tale is that a video version of the film is recorded at a distributor's personal theatre in Bellary, Karnataka. And that distributor happens to be a friend of producer BVSN Prasad, which is why a CD is sent to him by the producer to watch the movie. For now this is a rumour, and none knows who is actually involved in the whole leakage issue until Police reveals it.

Anyway the leakage woes have finally made producer release this film on September 27th, after changing release dates on three occasions in last two months.

After considering many titles for the second edition of Super hit Gabbar Singh, it seems like Powerstar has zeroed on the final name. Even if the title comes at a cost, our hero has got ready to pay the amount.
 
'Bengal Tiger' is the title in consideration for Gabbar Singh sequel till sometime back. But after lot of discussions, it is heard that Pawan Kalyan decided to pay some money for copyrights of using the name Gabbar. Earlier producer Bandla Ganesh also paid money for Bollywood's Sholay makers to use the title Gabbar Singh. Anyway, the title of GS sequel is going to be 'Gabbar Singh 2' and that excites fans a lot.
 
Except finalizing the heroine, all other cast and crew are zeroed on for this movie. Also script work under too got completed and Samapath Nandi will be directing Pawan for the first time. If everything goes well, then the shooting of the flick will be started after the release of 'Attarintiki Daredi'.
 
Actually Pawan Kalyan is said to be waiting keenly for the release of Trivikram's AD. He is heard confirming to 'Gabbar Singh 2' team that they will go for shooting only after Attarintiki Daredi's release.

The political uncertainty in the state has been affecting the Film Industry so badly. While top stars weren't ready to take a huge risk at this situation, the films which got released in the past two months weren't able to draw the crowds to the theatres. Continuous agitations of APNGOs and the strike call of APSRTC are the two major concerns of Industry at present.


As there is no clarity on when the T-issue is going to be resolved, few of the leading producers have been planning to release their films in the next few weeks. Makers of 'Atharintiki Daredi' have locked October 2nd as the release date of their movie. Indications have been sent to all the distributors and exhibitors in this regard.

Actually, 'Atharintiki Daredi' was slated for Ramzan-Independence Day weekend (August 7th). Due to the ongoing agitations, the release has been pushed to August 21st and then September 20th. As the situation hasn't improved much, release of this family entertainer got postponed once again and this time its  October 2nd which is believed to be a Dussehra treat for fans if everything falls in place. But even Pawan has his share of troubles, thanks to Samaikyandhra agitation. Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Attharintiki daredi’ movie has been postponed fearing protests from Samaikyandhra agitators in Seemandhra region. ‘Attharintiki daredi’ movie was scheduled to be released in August but has been postponed indefinitely and the release date is still not confirmed. With Charan’s Thoofan facing ire from agitators in Seemandhra it’s highly unlikely that any big movie producer will dare to release their movie.

The real loser in this game is ‘Attharintiki daredi’ producer BVSN Prasad. As the movie is being postponed, he is facing 2 crores loss per month. Though ‘Attharintiki daredi’ was sold on table profit, producer has to pay Rs 2 crores as interest for financiers and he has to shoulder this burden till the movie releases. BVSN prasad has faced bitter flops like Devudu chesina Manushulu, Though Sahasam has been a hit, it did not collect much. BVSN Prasad had dreamt of getting out of all troubles with Attharintiki daredi but as a result of Samaikyandhra agitation, he ran into fresh and more serious troubles.

Ram Gopal Varma who is a non-believer of god claimed to have prayed to Lord Ganesha to make Pawan Kalyan launch a political party of his own to end the mystery of Telugus. "Normally I don't pray to God but for the desperate need of AP people I pray to Lord Ganesha that Pawan Kalyan starts his own party right now," told the director.
