Like writers becoming directors, may be we are to see a new trend creeping into South films with music director GV Prakash is all set to become a hero. The young and talented musician who recently married singer Saindhavi is now becoming an on-screen hero with Tamil movie titled as ‘pencil,’to be directed by Mani Nagaraj. To say more, it was AR Murugadoss thought of introducing Prakash as hero but the project has been delayed by a while due to different reasons.
To get more addition, GV Prakash will play a school going student in the film where in Priya Anand will be his female companion. Once GV liked the script narrated by Nagaraj, his long time friend cum associate to Gautham Menon, there was no stopping for the film. Story will not be a regular commercial flick as they have added crime cum thriller shades into the concept. Shooting will start in next month. GV scored music for many Telugu films like ‘Ullasamgaa Utsahamgaa, Darling, Endukante Premanta’ etc.
