1. Cinematography by Richard Prasad became the highlight of the movie, Every Scene is looking so rich and Beautiful
2. Sapthagiri and Posani brings laughs on screen
3. Music by JB was good especially for the songs like Osi Prema Rakshasi and Charminar Galli and BGM in Second half is outstanding
4. Movie Characters are very neatly designed by the Director
5. Promising performances from all the actors
6. Especially from Regina Cassandra Rocked the Screen with her glamor and Expressions
7. One Line Dialogues brings smiles
8. Movie has a very fast and Racy Screenplay which will not bring bore to the Audience
9. Comedy came out well at Parts

1. Movie has lot of unnecessary elements in the story
2. Love track between the lead pair failed in catcing the emotions
3. Very Predictable second half, Doesnt brought the fresh look for the film
