Ram Gopal Varma is one of those directors who made most number of films with 'crime' as the main plot. As a result, people have the perception he might be closely associated with criminals in the society in some way or the other.
However, RGV claims he just researched on the underworld or factionists or any other anti-social elements to use that knowledge for his films but never ever had dinner with any criminal. "Satya and Satya 2 are quite different. Everyone wishes to achieve something in their lives. Satya 2 is the story a guy who writes new rules to rule the underworld. People assume I have close connections with criminals. That's not true! I didn't even had at least dinner with any criminal till date," asserts the filmmaker.
On hero Sharwanand's comment that 'RGV has given me the opportunity to play the lead in Satya 2', Ramu reacted, "I would never give opportunity to anyone, I only take them".
For the first time ever, Ram Gopal Varma has lend his voice for a duet featuring Sharwanand and Anaika Soti. To make it more special, Ramu filmed the song in exotic locations in Kashmir.
