The latest news is that Comedian-turned-director Vennela Kishore has turned into father. But if you think it's real then you've certainly got it wrong and it's on reel. The young actor-filmmaker, who made a flop show as director and tasted failures with films like Vennela 1 1/2 and Jaffa, has returned to his forte- acting. What's buzz is that the new-age actor has dared to play a father role to a newbie Naveena Jackson in their upcoming film D/o Varma.
Kaja, a noted playwright, is making his directorial debut with the film. Said to be a film about relation between celebrity father and his daughter, the movie is due for release on September 28. Actress Roja will be seen as a TV reporter in the film.
Looks like, the film is a spoof on well-known director Ram Gopal Varma and Vennela Kishore will reprise the role of Varma.
