Pawan Kalyan's latest blockbuster Attarintiki Daredi has created history by collected a share of Rs. 47.74 crores in its first week. It has beaten the previous first week record by miles and the talk about it surpassing Magadheera's full run share turned out to be the hottest topic in trade. However, AD's dream run was affected to due to bandh call in Seema, Andhra regions. Collections on Friday were very less as the film was screened in very few theaters.
Most of the theaters in Rayalaseema (Ceded) didn't screen single show on Friday and the effect of bandh was also visible in Uttarandhra (Vizag area). Agitations are still going on in Seemandhra region and Attarintiki Daredi Saturday collections too might not be in sync with its first week run. However, the film is running to packed houses in Nizam. All shows on Saturday and Sunday are either full or 90% full already in all the multiplexes.

Ram Charan's Zanjeer co-star and actress Priyanka Chopra has topped the list of the most dangerous celebrities in the Indian cyberspace this year, followed by Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, according to a study.
Priyanka knocked off Sunny Leone, who topped the list last year, but dropped to the ninth position this time, in the study by security software maker McAfee.
Kareena Kapoor and Akshay Kumar were in the top five in the study, which highlights how cybercriminals use celebrities to take advantage of fans seeking more information about their idols.
"In India where celebrities enjoy demigod status, cybercriminals often use their names to lure people to sites which host malicious software designed to compromise personal details and disrupt devices," McAfee India Centre VP Engineering (Consumer and Mobile Business Group) Venkata Subrahmanyam Krishnapur said.
This year, searching for a celebrity's name, with search terms like "wall paper", "videos" and "nude pictures" resulted in the highest instances of malware-laden sites.
Priyanka showed 79 infected search results, while Shah Rukh was at the second spot with 75 malicious sites, Salman ranked third, with 68 infected sites. The top-10 list was rounded off by Saif Ali Khan, megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Farhan Akhtar, Sunny Leone and Hrithik Roshan.

However few sources indicated that BVSN Prasad is contemplating the idea of using this title for a movie with Jr NTR. This movie is also having chances to be directed by Trivikram only. Investigation is currently going on as it involved many other big wig names like Koneru Prasad's son, cricketer Chamundeswarinadh and others. The assets said to be worth of 72 crores has been attached by ED in the operation headed by city joint-director N Sridhar.

Subhash has given four stars for the film and said "Let's not get carried away. Every time a remake comes along, we get gooey-eyed and nostalgic about the original. The Zanjeer remake gets it right. Dead right."
That's not all. Subhash went on to heap praise on Prakash Raj, Mahie Gill, Sanjay Dutt, director Apoorva Lakhia and who not? He said "Throughout the film, we sense the director's immense affection for the original Zanjeer, a reverence that never clouds his judgement. This is one remake that stands tall and lithe. It is manned by a manful supply of action and yet manages to keep the machismo understated. Breakneck-paced, adrenaline-pumping, pulse-pounding -- Lakhia's deconstructed version of the Prakash Mehra film is a full-on pacy paisa-vasool entertainer with brio and balls."

Megapowestar Ram Charan might have made his debut as Megastar Chiranjeevi’s son but within a very short span he proved himself. No one can deny Ram Charan’s talent in acting, dances and fights. కథ :
ఎసిపి విజయ్ ఖన్నా ధైర్య సాహసాలు మరియు నిజాయితీ కలిగిన యంగ్ పోలీస్ ఆఫీసర్. విజయ్ ఎంతో నిజాయితీ ముక్కుసూటిగా పోయే స్వభావం వల్ల ఒక్క చోట కూడా ఎక్కువ రోజులు పనిచేయకుండా ఎక్కువగా ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ అవుతూ ఉంటాడు. కానీ అతను తన స్వభావాన్ని ఏ మాత్రం మార్చుకోడు. హైదరాబాద్ లో అధికారంలో ఉన్న పార్టీ నేతలతో ఘర్షణ జరగడం వల్ల అతన్ని ముంబైకి ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ చేస్తారు. ముంబైలో ఒక డిప్యూటీ కలెక్టర్ ని ఎంతో దారుణంగా హత్య చేసిన కేసుని ఇన్వెస్టిగేట్ చేయమని విజయ్ కి అప్పగిస్తారు. ఆ తర్వాత దాని వెనుక ఒక పవర్ఫుల్ ఆయిల్ మాఫియా క్రైమ్ జరుగుతోందని తెలుసుకుంటాడు. ఆ విషయంలో ఎన్నారై మాయ (ప్రియాంక చోప్రా) ఒక్కటే ఆ నేరాన్ని నిరూపించడానికి ఉన్న ఏకైక సాక్షి, దాంతో విజయ్ తన సాయం అడుగుతాడు. ఈ ఇన్వెస్టిగేషన్ లో విజయ్ కి ఆ మొత్తం ఆపరేషన్ వెనక ఉన్నది రుద్ర ప్రతాప్ తేజ(ప్రకాష్ రాజ్) అని తెలుస్తుంది.
విజయ్ కేసును పరిష్కరిస్తూ చివరికి చేరుకునే దశలో ఉండగా రుద్ర ప్రతాప్ తన డబ్బు మరియు పలుకుబడి ఉపయోగించి విజయ్ ని సస్పెండ్ చెయ్యాలని ప్రయత్నిస్తాడు. దాంతో విజయ్ ఎంతో ఆవేశంతో రుద్ర ప్రతాప్ సామ్రాజ్యాన్ని నాశనం చేస్తానని ప్రతిజ్ఞ చేస్తాడు. ఆ తర్వాత రివెంజ్ డ్రామా ఎలా సాగింది? విజయ్ షేర్ ఖాన్(శ్రీ హరి) మరియు నిజాయితీ గల క్రైమ్ రిపోర్టర్ జయ్ దేవ్(తనికెళ్ళ భరణి) సాయంతో రుద్ర ప్రతాప్ ని ఎలా అంతమొందించాడు? అనేది మీరు వెండి తెరపైనే చూడాలి..

ఈ సినిమాలో మరోసారి రామ్ చరణ్ పవర్ఫుల్ పెర్ఫార్మన్స్ తో ఆకట్టుకున్నాడు. పోలీస్ గా చరణ్ లుక్ బాగుంది, అలాగే ఎసిపి విజయ్ ఖన్నా పాత్రలో పర్ఫెక్ట్ గా సరిపోయాడు. ఈ సినిమా రామ్ చరణ్ బాలీవుడ్ లో ఎంట్రీ ఇవ్వడానికి ఓ మంచి సినిమా సినిమా ఇది. ప్రియాంక చోప్రా బాగుంది. అలాగే ‘ముంబై కె హీరో’, ‘పింకీ’ పాటల్లో ప్రియాంక చాలా హాట్ గా కనిపించింది. శ్రీ హరి షేర్ ఖాన్ పాత్రలో చాలా బాగా సరిపోయాడు. ధైర్య సాహసాలు కలిగిన క్రైమ్ రిపోర్టర్ పాత్రలో తనికెళ్ళ భరణి పెర్ఫార్మన్స్ డీసెంట్ గా ఉంది.
మాఫియా డాన్ రుద్ర ప్రతాప్ తేజ పాత్రలో ప్రకాష్ రాజ్ నటన చాలా కూల్ అండ్ క్లాస్ గా ఉంది. మోన పాత్రలో మహీ గిల్ ప్రకాష్ రాజ్ కి మంచి సపోర్ట్ ఇచ్చింది. వారిద్దరి మధ్యా వచ్చే సీన్స్ లో కొన్ని డబుల్ మీనింగ్ డైలాగ్స్ ఉన్నాయి. అవి బి, సి సెంటర్ ప్రేక్షకుల్ని ఆకట్టుకుంటాయి. సినిమా చాలా వేగంగా జరుగుతుంది. అలాగే సినిమా నిడివి చాలా తక్కువ కావడం సినిమాకి ప్లస్ అయ్యింది. జేమ్స్ బాండ్ సినిమాల స్టైల్లో షూట్ చేసిన సినిమా టైటిల్స్ సాంగ్ లో మహి గిల్ తన అందాలతో బాగా ఆకట్టుకుంది.

ఈ సినిమాని ఒరిజినల్ ‘జంజీర్’ తో పోల్చుకుంటే ఆ సినిమా కథ, స్క్రీన్ ప్లే కంటే కాస్త తక్కువగా అనిపిస్తుంది. ఈ సినిమా ప్లాట్ మనం ఊహించే విధంగా ఉంది. చరణ్ – ప్రియాంక చోప్రా మధ్య తీసిన రొమాంటిక్ ట్రాక్ విషయంలో ఇంకాస్త కేర్ తీసుకొని బాగా తీయాల్సింది. దీని ఒరిజినల్ వెర్షన్ లో అమితాబ్ బచ్చన్ – ప్రన్ మధ్య బంధాన్ని చాలా బాగా చూపించారు. దాన్ని ఆ రేంజ్ లో ఈ రీమేక్ జంజీర్ లో చూపించలేకపోయారు. చరణ్ – శ్రీ హరి రిలేషన్ లో ఎక్కడో ఎమోషన్స్ తగ్గినట్టు అనిపిస్తుంది.
సినిమాలో పాటలు వచ్చే సందర్భాలు అస్సలు సూట్ అవ్వలేదు. ముఖ్యంగా ‘ముంబై కె హీరో సాంగ్’ అస్సలు సెట్ అవ్వలేదు. ఇది తెలుగు సినిమా కాదు మరియు చరణ్ అభిమానులు కోరుకునే మాస్ మసాల ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్ ఇందులో మిస్ అయ్యింది. అలాగే కామెడీ కూడా చాలా తక్కువగా ఉంది.
సాంకేతిక విభాగం :
గురురాజ సినిమాటోగ్రఫీ జస్ట్ ఓకే అనేలా ఉంది. ఎడిటింగ్ చెప్పుకోదగ్గ స్థాయిలో లేదు. ఎక్కడో ఒకటి రెండు సీన్స్ లో తప్పితే మిగతా సన్నివేశాల్లో రీ రికార్డింగ్ జస్ట్ యావరేజ్ గా ఉంది. ఈ మూవీకి మరింత టాలెంట్ ఉన్న మ్యూజిక్ డైరెక్టర్ అయ్యుంటే సినిమాకి చాలా హెల్ప్ అయ్యేది. తెలుగు డైలాగ్స్ కూడా జస్ట్ ఓకే. అపూర్వ లఖియా సినిమా మొత్తం చాలా వేగంగా ముందుకు సాగేలా తీసే విషయంలో సక్సెస్ అయ్యాడు. కానీ సినిమాలో కాస్త కామెడీ, ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్ ఉండేలా ప్లాన్ చేసుకోవాల్సింది. ఈ సినిమాతో అపూర్వ డైరెక్టర్ గా పాస్ మార్కులు తెచ్చుకున్నాడు.

ఈ సినిమాని ఒరిజినల్ క్లాసిక్ మూవీ అయిన అమితాబ్ జంజీర్ తో పోల్చుకోవద్దు. ఈ రెండూ విభిన్న తరహా సినిమాలు. చరణ్ పవర్ఫుల్ పెర్ఫార్మన్స్ ఇచ్చాడు మరియు సినిమాలో కొన్ని పవర్ఫుల్ సీన్స్ ఉన్నాయి. అలాగే సినిమా నిడివి తక్కువగా ఉండటం సినిమాకి హెల్ప్ అయ్యింది. ఇంకాస్త బెటర్ స్క్రిప్ట్ మరియు హై ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్ ఉండుంటే ఈ సినిమాకి ఇంకా బాగా హెల్ప్ అయ్యింది. అయినప్పటికీ సినిమా ఓవరాల్ గా చూడదగిన డీసెంట్ పోలీస్ డ్రామా..

Ram Charan’s ‘Thoofan’ is releasing tomorrow across the world. We have been to a special screening that was held at Prasad Labs and we are bringing you the first exclusive review of the Telugu version. The movie has been directed by Apoorva Lakhia and Reliance Entertainments has produced it. Let us see how the movie is
Story :
ACP Vijay Khanna is an honest and aggressive cop. He is also a very angry young man. His upright nature is rewarded with a record number of transfers, but Vijay never changes his attitude. After an altercation with some ruling party members in Hyderabad ,he is transferred to Mumbai.
Vijay is tasked with the investigation of the violent murder of a deputy collector. He soon realises that a powerful oil mafia is behind the crime. An NRI named Maya (Priyanka Chopra) is the only witness and Vijay seeks her help. As the investigation deepens, Vijay realises that the very wealthy Rudra Pratap Teja (Prakash Raj) is the man behind the entire criminal operation.
As Vijay inches closer to the truth, Teja uses all his money and influence to get Vijay suspended. A defiant and angry Vijay vows to destroy Teja and his empire. What follows next is a revenge drama where Vijay takes the help of the mercurial Sher Khan (Sri Hari) and an honest crime reporter named Jay Dev (Tanikella Bharani) to bring Teja down.
Plus Points :
Ram Charan has delivered yet another power packed performance. He looks good as a cop and he has fit into the character of ACP Vijay Khanna quite seamlessly. This movie will be a pretty good debut vehicle for Charan’s Bollywood career.
Priyanka Chopra is ok. She looks pretty hot in the ‘Mumbai Ke Hero’ and ‘Pinky’ songs. Sri Hari is effective as Sher Khan. Tanikella Bharani has given a dignified performance as the courageous crime reporter.
Prajash Raj is very cool as the mafia Don Teja. He is well supported by Mahie Gill, who appears as Mona. Their conversations are filled with ‘double meaning’ dialogues that might work with B and C center people.
The pace of the film is good. The short run-time is an asset. Mahie Gill sizzles in a song which plays out during the opening titles, just like in James Bond films.
Minus Points :
When compared to the original ‘Zanjeer’, this movie fizzles out in terms of story and screenplay. The plot is quite superficial and predictable. The romantic episodes between Charan and Priyanka Chopra could have been a lot better.
In the original film, the bond between Amitabh Bachchan and Pran is established quite brilliantly. That is not the case with this present day Zanjeer. The friendship between Charan and Sri Hari lacks emotional depth.
The placement of songs is quite bad, especially the ‘Mumbai ke Hero’ song. This is not a Telugu movie and Charan’s traditional fans will miss the mass masala entertainment that is normally found in the star’s films. Comedy quotient is also quite low.
Technical Aspects :
Gururaj’s cinematography is just about ok. Editing is not up to the mark. Except for one or two sequences, re-recording is strictly average. A more capable music director would have really helped the film. Telugu dialogues are just about ok.
Apoorva Lakhia has succeeded in maintaining good pace throughout the film. But he should have infused more humour and entertainment into the proceedings. He scores passing marksas a director.
Verdict :
Do not compare this movie with the original classic(Amitabh’s Zanjeer). They are two very different movies. Charan has given a power packed performance and the film has its moments. A crisp runtime also helps matters. A better script and a higher dose of entertainment would have really helped matters. Still, the movie ends up as a decent cop drama.

Charan is making sure that Nayak releases during Pongal so that Yevadu can aim for summer release. Nayak is said to have hilarious comedy as well as powerful action scenes. As per reports, this film is shaping up very well and we could expect another commercial bonanza from Charan.
